- • Actigraphy (for behavioral sleep cases): $400 (Includes device preparation and loan, data download, scoring, and interpretation report).
Assessment & Testing
Evaluations to clarify autism, ADHD, anxiety, cognitive, learning differences and Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to understand behaviors interfering in the home, program, or school environment.

- • Number of hours required for an evaluation is determined during the free consultation.

SimplePractice & Billing
My practice uses SimplePractice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, to manage scheduling, paperwork, billing, and payments. The practice accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, ACH bank transfers,as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Policies and Insurance
I am currently not in-network with any carriers. I can provide you with documents to submit for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits (often called SuperBills).
I also partner with Thrizer and Care Credit. Thrizer helps families understand and use their out-of-network insurance benefits by providing benefit estimates and handling claim submission, while I remain fully independent in delivering clinical care. Care Credit helps families use flexible financing options to get the healthcare they want or need and pay over time.
Lateness Policy
Your time slot has been specially reserved for you, and typically, another client session will begin right after yours. You’ll be billed the full session fee even if you arrive late.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee. I understand that emergencies happen, we’ll handle those on a case-by-case basis.Â
